How can I pay?
You can pay online with your personal or company credit card or credit securely on a secure professional payment processor page. The cards accepted for payment are VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2 / CVC2 code).
There is no additional fee for transactions.
The processing of your card data is done exclusively on PLATIONLINE servers.
The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that PLATIONLINE does not store your confidential card information, but sends it encrypted over a secure connection to the processor's bank. This way, your information is safe.
How will my transaction appear on my bank statement?
For credit or debit card transactions on our website, on your bank statement, the transaction will appear under the online shopping name next to the name being GOLDEN WINE.
When will I receive my purchase?
When you purchase a product or products on our website, the process is automatic and you will receive a confirmation email in your Inbox, please also check your Spam folder. If you do not receive this email, you can email us at office@goldenwine.ro.
Delivery and payment
Delivery is made via FAN COURIER.
The delivery time is minimum 48 hours after telephone confirmation of the order.
The products are in the manufacturer's original, sealed packaging and are insured throughout the transport until delivery.
Transport costs vary depending on the locality from where the order will be placed (minimum 20 lei) and will be presented in the order confirmation phone call.
Cash - payment is made in lei, in full, upon delivery of the product by courier. Payment will be made directly to the courier company on the basis of a receipt.
Card payment - secure processing through PlatiOnline (www.plati.online), 0% commission.
How can I cancel my transaction?
You can easily cancel your order by emailing us at office@goldenwine.ro. We will issue you a full refund, as long as your request is made within 48 hours of the order date. After cancelling a card transaction, the issuing bank will release the blocked amount to the customer's account within 1-30 days, depending on its policy.
Cum pot returna o comanda?
Given the perishable nature of the products we sell, we want and aim for you to be fully satisfied with your purchases made on our website, however, if you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, you can return them based on the current legislative framework. Thus, you can return any product ordered from our online shop within 10 days, without penalty and without being asked any questions as to why you made this decision. The cancellation of a contract is only possible in writing. Only products that have not been collected from our premises can be returned under these laws. The only condition is that the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered to you (original packaging and accompanying documents). Within 30 days from the date of return, we will return your order to your account. The return costs will be borne by the buyer. We will not reimburse the costs of transport and insurance of the goods.
For orders paid by card the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within 3-30 days after acceptance of the return.
What is your refund policy?
There is no problem if something has come up and you no longer want the order, as long as you inform us within 48 hours of the order date, you will receive a full refund.
